Securities Settlement and Safekeeping
  • Clients can instruct us by SWIFT, online or fax
  • Securities and cash held in custody are reconciled daily 
  • Settlement results are communicated in a timely manner
  • If a trade fails to settle within the time specified, the fail reason is provided and immediate follow-up initiated
Collection and Remittance of Interest/Dividend Income
  • Pre-advice of projected income is provided before expected payment date
  • Income receipts are credited to clients’ account on payable date
  • Funds credited also can be remitted to a designated bank
Corporate Actions
  • Corporate action information collected from information vendors and the depositories is provided to clients in a timely manner
  • Entitlement to corporate actions are posted and reported upon allocation
  • For voluntary corporate actions, such as tender offers or exchange offers, we communicate with depositories to ensure proper, timely execution
Cash Management
  • Cash investment services are available through in-house deposit products, short-term investment funds and/or offshore investment vehicles

  • Proxy solicitation and voting information is available, in accordance with the contractual agreement between Mizuho Trust & Banking and Broadridge—one of the largest third-party information providers in the US
